Bihar To Organise Job Fair To Fill In 1000 Posts For Companies; Check Date – News18

There’s good news for the youth of Bihar, especially those looking for employment opportunities. According to reports, under the auspices of the Labor Resources Department, an employment guidance fair is going to be organised on November 9 in collaboration with the District Employment Office. In a recent media interaction, District Planning Officer, Nand Kishore Sah said that on November 9, a one-day employment camp will be organised in the conference room of Shram Bhawan. In this employment fair, companies like Barbeque-Nation Hospitality Limited and Learner Limited will select eligible candidates for 1000 vacant posts as per their selection process.

Nand Kishore Sah further said that the age limit of the candidates for the job fair has been fixed between 20 to 40 years. Candidates with a minimum 8th grade degree can participate in this employment fair. He also added that in Barbeque National Hospitality Limited, matriculation pass male and female candidates in the age group of 18 to 30 years can only participate. This company will provide employment to 500 young men and women for the posts of guest service and associate assistant chief.

Learner Limited will fill 500 positions in Kuwait for electricians, welders, fitters, AC technicians, and security guards. The selected youth will be given a salary as per their qualifications.

It is mandatory for the candidates participating in the camp to register on the NSC portal — www.ncs.gov.in, said Nand Kishore Sah. Those who have not done so can also register online or by coming to the district planning office directly.

Appealing to the interested applicants, he said that on November 9, they should reach the meeting room of Shram Bhawan, Sitamarhi, between 10.30 am and 4 pm with all their documents and educational certificates like Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Biodata, and get the opportunity to get employed.

Few days ago, a special job fair was held for women in Uttar Pradesh, especially for those who were seeking jobs in the private sector. According to News 18, the UP Regional Service Planning Office and Skill Development Mission, along with Raghunath Girls Post Graduate College, conducted the job fair on November 6 and 7th. According to reports, 4,000 eligible female candidates received their offer letters during this job fair.
